New Hope House offers support and hospitality for people on Georgia’s death row and their family members since 1988. Just five miles from the prison where death row is located, New Hope House provides a quiet, peaceful and private guesthouse for friends and family members during visitation and executions, free of charge. The ministry also regularly provides transportation for families to and from the prison for visitation, support for the families of defendants facing the death penalty through attendance at the trials, and pastoral support for death row prisoners through correspondence and visitation.
